This policy sets out the rules applicable to content submitted by the User within the Noryo service (hereinafter the "Service"), the moderation measures that may be implemented and the available remedies. It supplements the General Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Article 1 - Scope
This policy concerns content that may be submitted by the User, in particular messages sent to support, reports and incident reports, household names and invitations, registrations, messages sent to the intelligent assistant and, where applicable, comments and reviews.
The content of exchanges with the intelligent assistant is not accessed by the Publisher. Messages that breach these rules may, however, be reviewed for moderation purposes.
Article 2 - Prohibited content
2.1 Unlawful content
Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of third parties, in particular intellectual property rights, is prohibited.
2.2 Harmful content
Content liable to compromise the security, integrity or proper functioning of the Service, as well as malicious code, is prohibited.
2.3 Third-party data
Personal data of third parties disclosed in the absence of a legal basis is prohibited.
Article 3 - Reporting and action
3.1 Reporting
Any problematic content may be reported to legal@noryo.app, specifying the content concerned, its location and the grounds for the report.
3.2 Handling
Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time. The Publisher may remove or render inaccessible any content that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these rules.
Article 4 - Moderation measures
4.1 Nature of the measures
Depending on the seriousness, the Publisher may remove content, restrict a feature, or suspend or terminate an account, under the conditions of the Terms of Use.
4.2 Proportionality
The measures are implemented in a manner proportionate to the breach found and, where possible, on a graduated basis.
4.3 Information
The User affected by a significant measure is informed of it, except where the law precludes this, in particular so as not to hinder an investigation.
Article 5 - Remedies and review
A User whose content has been removed or whose account has been restricted may contest the measure at legal@noryo.app and submit their observations. The Publisher carries out a review and informs the User of the action taken.
Article 6 - Abusive reports
Any report made in bad faith or in an abusive manner is liable to engage the liability of its author and to give rise to measures.
Article 7 - Amendments
This policy may be updated. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Service is used.
