This Legal Notice is published pursuant to Articles 6 III and 19 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy, as well as the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code and of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA). It applies to the entire Noryo service (hereinafter the "Service"), comprising the noryo.fr website, the app.noryo.fr web application, the iOS mobile applications (iPhone, Apple Watch and associated widgets), as well as any related subdomain and service. Any visitor or user of the Service is deemed to have read it and to accept its terms.

- Service
- all the websites, applications, interfaces and services provided under the Noryo brand.
- Publisher
- the person who publishes and operates the Service, identified in Article 2.
- User
- any person accessing or making use of the Service.
- Host
- any provider ensuring the storage and availability of the Service or its data.
- Content
- all the elements making up the Service, whatever their nature and medium.
Article 2 - Identification of the publisher
2.1 Publisher
The Service is published and operated by Louis Préval Basset, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) operating under the trade name "Evorax Technologies" (hereinafter the "Publisher").
2.2 Legal form and registration

2.3 Value added tax regime
The Publisher falls under the VAT-exempt small business scheme. Consequently, value added tax is not applicable, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices are, where applicable, stated net of tax.

2.5 Publication director
The publication director, within the meaning of Article 93-2 of French Act No. 82-652 of 29 July 1982, is Louis Préval Basset, in his capacity as founder. The publication director is responsible for the editorial content published on the Service.
Article 3 - Hosting
In accordance with Article 6 III of the aforementioned Act, the contact details of the hosting providers used by the Publisher are set out below. These providers act as technical hosts and exercise no editorial control over the Content.
3.1 Hosting of the website and application interfaces
Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. The related data may be processed in the United States and within the European Union, under standard contractual clauses.
3.2 Database, authentication and application storage
Supabase Inc., whose infrastructure used is located within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
3.3 Storage of documents and files
Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France, whose relevant data centres are located in France (Paris).
3.4 Other providers

Article 4 - Presentation of the activity
The Publisher carries out an activity of developing, publishing and operating mobile applications and software, in particular digital tools intended for data analysis, organisation and decision support for users. The Service is a personal financial organisation tool with an informative purpose. It is neither a credit institution, nor a payment institution, nor an investment services provider, nor a financial investment advisor (see the Financial Disclaimer). Access to bank accounts is provided by an authorised provider (see the Account Access Terms).
Article 5 - Access to the Service
5.1 Availability
The Publisher endeavours to ensure the accessibility of the Service. It cannot, however, be held liable for interruptions, whatever their duration and cause, in particular resulting from maintenance operations, technical incidents, communication network failures or force majeure events.
5.2 Technical prerequisites
Access to the Service requires equipment, a compatible operating system and a connection to an electronic communications network, which the User arranges and the costs of which the User bears.
5.3 Terms of use
Use of the Service is governed by the General Terms of Use and, for paid plans, by the General Terms of Sale.
Article 6 - Intellectual property
6.1 Ownership of rights
All the elements making up the Service, in particular the texts, interfaces, software architectures, source and object codes, databases, trademarks, names, logotypes, graphic charters, illustrations, sounds and editorial content, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher or its rights holders.
6.2 Scope of the rights granted
Consulting and using the Service confers no intellectual property right on the User. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the Publisher, subject to legal exceptions.
6.3 Databases
The Publisher is the producer of the databases accessible within the Service and benefits from the protection provided for by Articles L341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial extraction or reuse is prohibited.
6.4 Trademarks and distinctive signs
The trademarks, domain names and distinctive signs reproduced on the Service are protected. Any unauthorised use is liable to engage the liability of its author.
6.5 User content
The User retains ownership of the content it imports into the Service and grants the Publisher a licence strictly limited to the needs of providing the Service, under the conditions of the General Terms of Use.
Article 7 - Liability
7.1 Content of the Service
The information disseminated on the Service is provided for guidance only. The Publisher does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or timeliness, in particular with regard to data originating from third parties. The Publisher's liability cannot be engaged on account of the use made of this information, within the limits provided for by law.
7.2 Damages
The Publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from non-compliant use of the Service, from a failure attributable to the User or to a third party, nor for indirect damages, within the limits permitted by law and without prejudice to consumer rights.
Article 8 - Hyperlinks
8.1 Outbound links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites over which the Publisher exercises no control. It disclaims all liability as to their content, their availability and their practices.
8.2 Inbound links
The creation of links to the Service is subject to compliance with the Publisher's rights and must not create confusion as to the origin of the Content. The Publisher reserves the right to request the removal of any link it deems prejudicial.
Article 9 - Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data carried out in connection with the Service is described in the Privacy Policy. The procedures for exercising rights are set out on the Exercise your rights page. The contact point for data protection matters is legal@noryo.app.
Article 10 - Cookies and trackers
The conditions for using cookies and trackers are described in the Cookie Management Policy. The Service uses only strictly necessary trackers.
Article 11 - Accessibility
The Publisher's commitment to digital accessibility is described in the Accessibility Statement.
Article 12 - Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator. The procedures are set out in the General Terms of Sale.
Article 13 - Reporting of illicit content
13.1 Mechanism
In accordance with the Act for Confidence in the Digital Economy and the Regulation on digital services, any manifestly illicit content may be brought to the Publisher's attention at the address legal@noryo.app, specifying the identification of the content, its location and the grounds for the report.
13.2 Handling
The Publisher examines reports within a reasonable time and takes, where appropriate, the suitable measures. This mechanism does not, where applicable, exempt from referring the matter to the competent authorities. Any abusive or bad-faith report engages the liability of its author.
Article 14 - Conditions of use of the site
The User undertakes to make fair use of the Service, not to disrupt its operation, not to attempt to access unauthorised areas and to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
Article 15 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Service falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts according to the applicable rules of law, the consumer being able in particular to bring the matter before the court of his place of residence.
Article 16 - Updates
The Publisher may update this Legal Notice at any time in order to take account of legal, regulatory or Service developments. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of consultation.
