^1.The Noryo catalogue currently covers more than 120 French banks that can be connected through the PSD2 API (Payment Services Directive). The scope changes regularly and some banks may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or protocol reasons. European institutions will be added to the catalogue gradually.

^2.How often balances refresh depends on your bank and on the PSD2 protocol it implements. Some banks impose a delay of several minutes or hours between two updates. Noryo cannot be held responsible for occasional differences between the balances shown here and the actual balances on your bank's own portal.

^3.The identification of opaque bank charges is being rolled out gradually. It relies on an evolving reference set of patterns and labels that may not cover every situation. Automatic detection does not replace a careful reading of your bank statements, which remain the official source of truth.

^4.The figure for what you have left to spend is an indicative calculation, estimated from your transaction history over the last 30 to 90 days. It does not account for future commitments not yet recorded (one-off purchases, exceptional events) and constitutes neither budgeting advice nor a guarantee about your future finances.

^5.The cleaning and automatic categorisation of transaction labels rely on a continuously learning model. Some transactions may be miscategorised or need an occasional manual correction. Accuracy improves with use and as the reference set grows, without ever reaching 100%.

^6.Automatic subscription detection relies on the analysis of recurring payments and, where relevant, on optical character recognition (OCR) applied to invoices. One-off subscriptions, those paid in cash or through an intermediary, are not systematically identified. Noryo recommends checking your list of active subscriptions regularly.

^7.The identification of duplicate subscriptions (video platforms, family sharing, linked accounts) relies on heuristic rules. Some legitimate situations may be wrongly flagged as redundant. Noryo never cancels anything automatically: the final decision is yours.

^8.The projected total cost over a year is an estimate calculated from the payments observed over recent months. It assumes that amounts, frequencies and the make-up of your subscriptions stay stable. This projection is purely indicative and binds neither Noryo nor the providers concerned.

^9.The advance payment alert is sent 48 hours before the expected date, which is determined from the history of your previous payments. That date may differ from the actual date the provider takes the payment, in particular in the case of a public holiday, a change of billing cycle, or a unilateral change of schedule by the provider.

^10.The 12-month cash-flow projections are generated by Nory from the recent history of your transactions and from adjustable scenarios. They do not account for exceptional events (job loss, unforeseen spending, life events) and in no way constitute financial advice or a commitment about the future performance of your assets.

^11.Full-text search inside your documents relies on optical character recognition (OCR). The quality of the results depends on the legibility, resolution and format of the scanned document. Handwritten documents, or those photographed in poor light or of degraded quality, may not be indexed correctly.

^12.Documents sent to your dedicated Noryo email address are automatically scanned, categorised and filed in your private Cloud through optical character recognition (OCR). Categorisation may contain errors; we recommend checking how important documents have been filed before any legal, accounting or administrative use.
