Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the prohibited uses of the Noryo service (hereinafter the "Service"). It forms an integral part of the General Terms of Use and is binding on every User. Compliance with this policy is a condition of access to the Service.

Article 1 - Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to guarantee a lawful, fair and secure use of the Service, with respect for the rights of third parties, the integrity of the Service and the other Users.

Article 2 - Prohibited uses

2.1 Unlawful use

Using the Service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.

2.2 Breach of security

Attempting to circumvent security measures, to access data or areas not belonging to the User, to introduce malicious code or to disrupt the operation of the Service.

2.3 Data extraction

Extracting, copying, indexing or reusing the content or data of the Service on a massive scale, in particular by any automated harvesting process, without prior authorisation.

2.4 Infringement of rights in the software

Decompiling, disassembling or attempting to reconstitute the code of the Service, except within the limits permitted by law.

2.5 Impersonation and access sharing

Sharing one's credentials, impersonating a third party, or using the account or data of a third party without entitlement.

2.6 Impairment of availability

Overloading the infrastructure, compromising its availability or misappropriating its resources.

2.7 Misuse of artificial intelligence

Diverting the Nory assistant from its purpose, circumventing its safeguards or exploiting its responses for prohibited purposes.

Article 3 - Content

The User refrains from submitting, by means of the Service, any unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties, under the conditions of the Moderation Policy.

Article 4 - Third-party data

The User undertakes not to introduce into the Service personal data of third parties in the absence of a legal basis and warrants that it holds the necessary rights to the content it imports.

Article 5 - Consequences of breaches

Any breach of this policy may result, in a graduated and proportionate manner, in a warning, the restriction of a feature, the suspension or the termination of the account, without prejudice to possible legal proceedings and to compensation for the harm suffered.

Article 6 - Reporting

Any use contrary to this policy may be reported to legal@noryo.app.

Article 7 - Amendments

This policy may be updated. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use of the Service.
