- Article 10 - Reporting
The purpose of this policy is to inform the User, in a spirit of transparency and in accordance with the applicable requirements relating to artificial intelligence, of how the artificial intelligence features of the Noryo service, grouped together under the name "Nory" (hereinafter the "Assistant"), operate, and of the data used. It supplements the AI Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
Article 1 - Overview of the Assistant
The Assistant helps the User understand their financial situation, categorise their transactions and obtain answers to their questions. It operates by means of language models and automated processing, and does not rely on a human operator to produce its responses.
Article 2 - Model provider
The models used are provided by Mistral AI, a provider established in the European Union, acting as a processor on behalf of Evorax Technologies.
Article 3 - Data used
3.1 Local processing
The categorisation of transactions is first carried out on the User's device, with no network transmission.
3.2 Remote processing
Where remote assistance is necessary, only the information useful for the response is transmitted to the provider, for example a summary of balances, recent transactions, goals or the question asked.
3.3 Document recognition
Documents received electronically in the User's space may be subject to content recognition by that same provider.
Article 4 - Characteristics and limitations of the models
Language models produce responses on a probabilistic basis. They may generate information that is erroneous, outdated or inappropriate, including information expressed in a confident manner. They do not have exhaustive knowledge nor an understanding of the User's complete situation.
Article 5 - Limitations and reliability
The responses generated do not constitute advice (see the Financial Disclaimer). The User is invited to verify important information and remains responsible for their decisions.
Article 6 - User controls
6.1 Strictly local mode
The User may activate a mode requiring processing to take place strictly on the device, so that transactions not resolved locally are not transmitted for categorisation.
6.2 Assistant memory
The User may view and delete the Assistant's memory from the Service.
Article 7 - Processing by the provider
Requests are processed by the provider in the European Union in order to produce the responses. The provider's own terms, in particular those relating to the retention and use of data, apply to this processing within the framework of the processing commitments entered into.
Article 8 - Information on the use of artificial intelligence
When interacting with the Assistant, the User is informed that they are communicating with an artificial intelligence system and not with a natural person.
Article 9 - Human oversight
No decision producing a legal effect or significantly affecting the User is taken solely on the basis of the Assistant. The User may request human intervention by writing to legal@noryo.app.
Article 10 - Reporting
The User may report an inappropriate or erroneous response to legal@noryo.app.
