AI Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the intelligent assistant "Nory" (hereinafter the "Assistant") within the Noryo service. They form an integral part of the Terms of Use and apply jointly with the AI Transparency Policy. By using the Assistant, the User accepts these terms.

Article 1 - Purpose and definitions

These terms define the rules applicable to the use of the Assistant and the responsibilities of the User. The "Assistant" means the artificial intelligence features of the Service; an "Assisted Action" means any operation that the Assistant may propose to carry out within the User's account; a "Response" means any content generated by the Assistant.

Article 2 - Nature of responses

Responses are generated automatically from language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to the User's particular situation. They do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice (see the Financial Disclaimer).

Article 3 - Assisted actions

3.1 Prior confirmation

An Assisted Action is carried out only after the User's express confirmation, and the User remains responsible for the Actions they confirm.

3.2 Sensitive actions

Sensitive or irreversible Actions are subject to enhanced confirmation.

Article 4 - Prohibited uses

• Diverting the Assistant from its intended purpose or attempting to circumvent its security measures or safeguards.
• Submitting personal data relating to third parties in the absence of a legal basis.
• Using the Assistant for illegal or deceptive purposes or to produce prohibited content.
• Exploiting the Assistant in order to build a competing service or to extract Responses on a massive scale.

Article 5 - Data and confidentiality

The data used by the Assistant and the processing thereof are described in the AI Transparency Policy and the Privacy Policy.

The content of exchanges with the Assistant is not accessed by the Publisher. Messages that breach the Acceptable Use Policy or the Content Moderation Policy may, however, be reviewed for moderation purposes.

Article 6 - Generated content

Subject to the rights of third parties and legal limits, the User may use the Responses as part of their personal use of the Service. Given the nature of the models, similar Responses may be provided to other users; no exclusivity is guaranteed over any Response. The User must verify the relevance of a Response before any use.

Article 7 - Availability and quotas

Access to the Assistant may be subject to quotas depending on the Plan subscribed to and may change, be limited or suspended for reasons of security, quality or cost.

Article 8 - Human oversight

No decision producing legal effects or significantly affecting the User is taken solely on the basis of the Assistant. The User may request human intervention by writing to legal@noryo.app.

Article 9 - Feedback

The User may report an inappropriate or erroneous Response to legal@noryo.app. This feedback contributes to improving the Service.

Article 10 - Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made by the User on the basis of the Responses.

Article 11 - Changes

The Assistant and its underlying models are subject to change. These terms may be updated accordingly.
