This disclaimer specifies the nature and scope of the information provided by the Noryo service (hereinafter the "Service"). It forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and must be read carefully by the User before any use of the Service.
Article 1 - Nature of the Service
The Service aggregates and presents the User's financial information, and offers categorisations, projections, indicators and analyses, referred to as "insights". These elements are strictly informational and educational in purpose. They do not take into account the User's complete financial and personal situation, nor their objectives, time horizon or risk profile, and cannot replace the opinion of a duly authorised professional.
Article 2 - Absence of advice
2.1 Investment advice
No information provided by the Service constitutes investment advice, financial analysis or a personalised investment recommendation within the meaning of the applicable regulations.
2.2 Legal, tax and accounting advice
No information provided by the Service constitutes legal, tax or accounting advice. The features relating to the preparation of tax-related items are intended to assist with organisation and do not replace the support of a professional.
Article 3 - Absence of recommendation and solicitation
No information constitutes an inducement, a solicitation or a recommendation to acquire, dispose of, subscribe to or hold any financial product or service whatsoever.
Article 4 - Absence of authorisation
Evorax Technologies is neither a credit institution, nor a payment institution, nor an electronic money institution, nor an investment services provider, nor a financial investment adviser, nor an intermediary in banking operations and payment services, nor an insurance broker. Account aggregation is provided by a separate authorised provider (see the Account Access Terms).
Article 5 - Accuracy of information
The data presented comes in part from third parties, in particular banks and the aggregation provider, as well as from automated processing, including the categorisation of transactions. It may contain errors, delays, duplicates or omissions, and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or up to date. The User is invited to verify important information with their bank.
Article 6 - Projections and estimates
The projections, forecasts, simulations and estimates presented are based on past data and on assumptions. They are uncertain in nature, do not constitute a promise of results and do not prejudge the future evolution of the User's situation. Past performance or trends do not prejudge future performance.
Article 7 - Automatic categorisation
The categorisation of transactions relies on automated processing that may be subject to errors. The User may correct any categorisation and must not rely exclusively on it for their decisions.
Article 8 - Responsibility of the User
The User remains solely responsible for their financial decisions and their consequences. Before any important decision, it is recommended that they verify the information with their bank and, where appropriate, consult a duly authorised professional.
Article 9 - Analyses produced by artificial intelligence
The responses of the Nory assistant are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to the particular case. Their scope is specified in the AI Transparency Policy and in the AI Terms of Use.
Article 10 - Third-party products and services
The Service may mention third-party products or services for information purposes. Such a mention does not constitute an approval, a guarantee or a recommendation, and does not engage the liability of the Publisher with respect to the offers concerned.
Article 11 - Absence of agency relationship
The Service does not act as the User's agent for the performance of financial transactions and does not execute any transaction on their behalf.
