Evorax Technologies is committed to making the Noryo service (hereinafter the "Service") accessible to as many people as possible, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with the applicable regulations on the accessibility of digital products and services.
Article 1 - Commitment
The Publisher takes care to design interfaces that are legible, navigable, understandable and usable, and strives to continuously improve the accessibility of the Service, in a progressive improvement approach.
Article 2 - Reference framework
The assessment of accessibility is carried out within the framework of the standards and reference frameworks applicable to digital services, in particular the accessibility criteria recognised at European and international level. This statement will be supplemented, after audit, by an indication of the chosen reference framework and the compliance rate.
Article 3 - Scope
This statement concerns the interfaces of the Service that are accessible to the public, both on the website and on the mobile applications.
Article 4 - Compliance status
The compliance assessment is in progress. This statement will specify, following the audit, the compliant points, any non-compliances, exempt third-party content and, where applicable, exemptions on the grounds of disproportionate burden.
Article 5 - Assistive technologies
The Publisher endeavours to ensure the compatibility of the Service with the main assistive technologies, in particular screen readers and magnification tools, and takes account of User feedback in this regard.
Article 6 - Reporting a difficulty
A User encountering a difficulty in accessing a feature or content may write to legal@noryo.app describing the problem and the page concerned. The Publisher endeavours to provide a solution or an alternative within a reasonable time.
Article 7 - Means of redress
In the absence of a satisfactory response, the User may assert their rights with the authorities competent in matters of digital accessibility, in particular, where applicable, the Defender of Rights (the French Defender of Rights).
Article 8 - Improvement plan
The Publisher defines and updates an action plan aimed at correcting the identified non-compliances and strengthening the accessibility of the Service as it evolves.
Article 9 - Update
This statement is updated following each audit and on the occasion of significant developments of the Service.
