Who can be part of a Noryo household?
The Ultra owner invites up to 3 people, adults or minors. No family tie or shared address is required. The household works just as well for couples, flatshares or blended families.
Does the household automatically pool all my spending?
No. Every account you connect to Noryo can be marked “Private” (visible only to you) or “Household” (visible to the other members). You decide account by account. Accounts left “Private” never appear in the shared view.
What happens if the owner cancels their Ultra subscription?
Every member receives a notice email before the end of the paid period. Each person can choose: continue on an individual Pro plan, create their own Ultra household, or leave with their data. No data loss, no surprise charge.
Can a Junior leave the household on their own?
The Junior makes the request from their app, with an optional reason. The parent owner receives it and answers. At 18, the switch to Adult is automatic and leaving becomes entirely free.
Can a parent read their teenager's messages or private notes?
No. Never. A Junior's notes, personal goals, conversations with support and search history are encrypted and invisible to every other member, including the household owner. It is a technical guarantee, not a setting a parent can switch off.
Do guests have to give a bank card?
No. Guests join the household free of charge, without entering any payment method. Only the Ultra owner is billed.
